A simple FAQ to help you

It's a lot to take in with all the choice out there, and trying to figure out who the right provider for your e-liquid is no easy task. We've taken the time to compile a FAQ with some of your common questions you ask us here at Cheap Canada E-liquid.

• How do I send a bank transfer / interac e-transfer?

Each bank does this a little differently, the best way to find out how yours does it is to search '*Bank name* how to e-transfer'. This should pull up a web page with quick directions on the steps for how your specific bank handles bank transfers. When sending your e-transfer to us, please use the following information:

• How do you charge so little when other places cost more? 

One of the things we saw in the world of vaping was company after company popping up and horribly over charging their customers. While things have certainly gotten better as people have become more educated, we would meet fellow vapers just barely scratching by trying to get the most out of their e-liquid by purchasing from unknowns who offered bath tub e-liquid for bargain prices. We knew we could do it better with proper safety guidelines to produce a quality e-liquid, for a fair price. While Cheap Canada E-liquid is not making as much as others may be, we're happy that our product can reach a wider range.

• Do you require a signature when the package is delivered?

To ensure that our e-liquid only enters the hands of eligible adults, we do require a signature from you on delivery ensuring you're of legal smoking age in your Province. We understand that this may be a hassle to your daily schedule, but we appreciate your cooperation to keep our industry safe and responsible.

• Do you have new flavours coming out?

We are constantly working on new Cheap Canada E-liquid flavours, but it's a hard job trying to balance quality and affordability so it takes time. If you'd like to be first to know when we launch something new, we suggest signing up for our Newsletter at the bottom of the screen. That way when we do launch new e-liquid, you'll be the first to know.

• Do you offer other PG/VG ratios?

We currently only offer a 70VG/30PG mix and do not accommodate other requests. We feel that this blend gives the smoothest most enjoyable experience for everyone. If you're having trouble with Cheap Canada E-liquid being too viscous, we recommend purchasing some Propylene Glycol from your nearest trusted source and mixing it into our e-liquid.

• Can I get an extra flavour shot in my e-liquid?

We make all of our Cheap Canada E-liquid in batches that are sealed with Child and Tamper Proof evident caps. Because of this, once our batches are made we cannot change the contents of the bottle. So we do not offer any flavour shot options to our e-liquid. 

• How long does your e-liquid last?

Depending on how well you take care of your Cheap Canada E-liquid, it will last roughly a year from your date of purchase from us. We regularly rotate our batches so no e-liquid is going out that will expire soon. To ensure you get the longest life out of your bottle, ensure that you're storing it in a cool dry place, with no direct sunlight. This will keep your Cheap Canada E-liquid safe and flavourful for as long as possible.
